Welcome to MALFS. Please read through our Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

• All goods sold are based on first come first serve basis and all goods sold are final.
• Order will be cancelled if no payment is received within 72 hours.
• Product(s) will only be delivered upon clearance of payment within 2-3 working days (excluding the day of receiving your payment and weekends).
• Product(s) will be delivered to your doorstep within 14-21 working days once payment is made (depends on locations).
• The use of photographic images may defer slightly from actual product details but we have made every effort to display the colors of our product that appears on the site as accurately as possible . Please note that the product colours you see will depend on your monitor's ability to read the colours. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's evaluation of product colour will accurately reflect the product upon delivery as sometimes colours might be slightly different due to picture resolution and lighting effect.
• We shall not be responsible for any lost / damaged during the delivery.
•  Foreign postage will be charge RM 25 , Malaysia postage RM 8 .

Vouchers:

From time to time we may distribute promotional vouchers that may be used only on the Site, which we will send to you either by email or post:

(a) Promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on the voucher, can only be redeemed once and may not be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers and discounted items. We may exclude individual brands from voucher promotions in accordance with our sales strategies. 

(b) You may redeem only ONE voucher per promotional campaign. MALFS reserves to the right to cancel any subsequent orders made by you using a voucher of the same promotional campaign.

(c) If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.

(d) The credit of a promotional voucher does not accrue interest nor does it have a cash value.

(e) If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the Order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.

(f) For cash vouchers stipulated for a RM xx sum, If you choose to return the product, you will not be refunded the value of the cash voucher. However if you paid partly with your own funds, this portion will be refunded.
